MySpace’s Tom Awards Al Gore’s Emmy

Strange that Al Gore should get an Emmy for a channel that has made no impact on the web space: perhaps it was more popular on the TV side? Nonetheless, MySpace’s Tom made a virtual appearance to congratulate Gore on his Current.tv project, which we’ve covered a few times before.

In another painful web/TV crossover, YouTube “celeb” Chris Crocker made a brief and uncomfortable iChat appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.
